I have been in town many times and I just discovered this jewel! Excellent service, the meals are huge and delicious. Will come back for sure! Jose, our server was delightful, very accommodating and professional!

Absolutely the best kept secret in Sevier county. Cancun has been my favorite for years. You always get quality food and service. Good drink specials everyday it seems.

The food is amazing. The service is warm and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better. Whenever we're in Tennessee this is our go to spot we always make it a point to come back!

We showed up on a Sunday evening with a party of 7. The staff was generous and quickly seated us at a table. We were immediately greeted by our server who was super friendly. He brought us tortilla chips and salsa. We ordered our food and the servings were very large! Good was super tasty We would return here when we come back to this area. 9.5/10. Would recommend it!

Visited Cancun for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Clean restaurant and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. You should definitely try Cancun! 10/10 Recommend!

Attentive, polite, quick service. Food is tasty and plentiful. Margaritas are deliciously refreshing. We ordered Spinach Dip for our complimentary corn chips & salsa, Cancun Fajitas and Enchaladas Supremas were delicious and we even had enough leftover for another meal at home.

Food was good. Not too different from some of the best we’ve had. But service could be improved. After drinks we had to wait a while to get someone to take our order even though we were ready. Not that there were nobody in sight but a bunch including the one that finally came over were folding napkins and engaged in a boisterous conversation right next table. We were never given the option of flour/corn tortillas and we forgot as well. After food was served we wanted ask for corn tortillas as one of us has gluten allergy. Again took way too long for someone to show up. We even signaled someone in that table folding napkins he had to call someone and after quite a while someone showed up inquiring how’s everything. When we retorted with “we need corn” tortillas he seemed quite taken aback. As if we deviated from the script - “good” with a mouthful. But eventually he brought corn tortillas. By the time we had finished there were no water refills. It felt like that table was abandoned by the assigned host and others were half heartedly chipping in because someone made us sit there. Anyways we got out.
